A British Couple's Ferry Booking By Bluewater Singapore
As a Brit who loves to travel, I was really thrilled when my boyfriend and I decided to take a trip to Tioman Island next month. I'd been to Tioman once before and it was an awesome experience, one that, TBH, left a lasting impression on me. The pristine beaches, the clear blue waters and the friendly locals, it was like a dream.
And when it came time to plan our new Tioman trip, I was keen to book our ferry tickets at the same place we were booked last time: Bluewater Singapore.
Smooth Sailing
The reason why is because my previous experience with Bluewater Singapore had been nothing short of seamless, actually. I'd booked both my bus to Mersing and ferry to Tioman on their platform, Bluewater.com.sg, and everything had gone smoothly. No unexpected hiccups or issues and the entire process was completely painless. So given my first experience, it made perfect sense to book with them again for our upcoming trip.
As well, the fact that Bluewater Singapore is a Singapore-based company, indicated by its com.sg domain, was a significant factor in my decision also. As far as I'm concerned, knowing that the platform operates under Singapore law provides an added layer of security and trust. After all, when you're travelling, especially internationally, you want to be sure that your bookings and transactions are safe and that the company you're dealing with is reputable.
Like previously, booking our tickets was a breeze. The Bluewater Singapore website is easy to navigate, with a clean design and all the information clearly laid out. Unlike many other booking portals,
Bluewater.com.sg leaves out most of the irrelevant stuff, so selecting the bus and ferry that suits your schedule is really easy. And the prices are displayed upfront, with no hidden fees or surprises, which is something I really appreciate. Mind you, there is a "processing fee" at the very end, but it's less than one pound and clearly stated, so no worries.
The other thing I liked was the fact that the number of payment options had actually increased compared to last time. This is always a good sign, because it means the company is both established
and trusted by other payment providers. Obviously, this is great if it's peace of mind you want about your personal and financial security. And this definitely applies to me.
What really sets Bluewater Singapore apart, however, is their commitment to customer service. On my previous trip, I had a few questions about changing my travel date and when I contacted their Whatsapp service, they were helpful and did their best to be accommodating. This time, I didn't have any issues, but knowing that you can easily reach out to them is really reassuring.
Tioman, Here We Come
As we're still preparing some other things for our trip, I can't help but feel excited. I'm looking forward to sharing the beauty of Tioman Island with my boyfriend and creating new memories together.
As for anybody else who may be considering a trip to Tioman Island, whether it's your first time or, like me, a return visit, I suggest booking your tickets on the Bluewater Singapore platform,
www.bluewater.com.sg. Frankly, whilst there probably are other sites that sell Tioman ferry tickets, to me, Bluewater Singapore is, all-round, the best one.
